We'd love to meet local investors of any experience to start building a solid network in Syracuse, NY. If you'd be interested in discussing the market and possibly meeting up we'd love to meet you!

I'm open to suggestions on locations, if anyone is interested, let me know. It would be cool to get a group together.

I'll be in town next Thursday (March 11th). I will have time during the day and evening if anyone is interested in meeting to talk real estate! It doesn't matter if you are just getting started, are flipping in Syracuse, wholesaling, or anything else, we want to meet you to build our network! Send me a message if you are around and want to talk real estate in Syracuse.

Thanks!

@Thor Sveinbjoernsson you may have a point, however this is all just speculation. Nonetheless, I do enjoy the back and forth!

What I will say is mortgage forbearance will slow down any type of foreclosure for the remainder of 2020.

I love what @Eric Teran and @Account Closed said!! I don't think I could have said anything better lol. What I will add is        whatever you do, make sure you educate yourself on the action so that it's a calculated risk. Good luck!

There is no right or wrong answer to this, its all about the preference. What does time and money mean to you? What I will say is that if your OOS or have expanded to a certain volume of units, personal management becomes chimerical.

I agree it's just based on preference. IMO I would hire out something if I felt I could use my time more appropriately, however I do understand some things you can just get done yourself while learning from it as well. I mean, the time it takes you to find a good cabinet painter and for them to get to you...the cabinets could have been half way painted or even finished.

@Kenji Otokawa nice job! You stayed persistent and creative in your attempt to achieve your goal. Even when things looked bleak you kept with it, cash flow not looking too bad!

@Travis Cannon you should save aggressively and continue to educate yourself on real estate investing. Network with like minded people in your area and be patient. Good luck
