Hi

I just wanted to hear advantages/disadvantages of listing a property to sell with Redfin Vs A traditional agent such as KW.

Thanks

@Bjorn Ahlblad

From the looks of it ,I am expecting around $500 to clean up the mess.

Due to an ongoing thunderstorm a significant portion of my neighbors tree fell in my backyard ruining our summer plans.

Should I just pay it myself to clean up the tree?or should I follow up with the neighbor to have it cleaned and pay for it?

Thanks
