Hello Members,

I currently own my first two family home and wish to sell and buy another multi unit home possibly a six plex or more.Would it make sense to purchase my new multi plex investment under an LLC ?Will there be any tax advantages buying under an LLC vs owning under my name? Appreciate feedback and any pointers or resources towards purchasing a property under an LLC

Thanks

Do you need any help with what to say to brokers?  I have a free class that I created that teaches people what to say and how to overcome the most common objections that brokers have for buying apartments.  Let me know if you want to check it out... I'll send it to you.

Hi Chris appreciate if you can share any information on how to talk to brokers

Thanks

I own a multi family home in an area where there is lot of demand for multi family homes.I have been an owner occupied owner of this property for about two years and wish to sell without incurring any agent fees at a premium price.I am a novice in the real estate and understand fsbo needs to be negotiated carefully.Appreciate inputs from experienced forum members.

Thanks
