SFH for Rent & Marketing it to public . What Works for you ?

Hi, We 'll have a SFH available to rent in August. Initially, We posted rental signs on main cross streets then we went to Zillow SFH Rentals and posted our home. My wife feels we could get a better quality tenants if we did it differently? My thoughts are - Aside from the obvious marketing strategies, subletting , or lease options , What do you do to get the Best Tenant? Please provide your opinion(s).
