Welcome to South Florida! Weston is a wonderful area with the schools and overall city planning. While deals can be hard to come by in the Westin area, they aren’t impossible. There are also many gated neighborhoods in the area so I would benefit from learning more about what you want to help you see if it is a reality.

It is very hard to source this type from MLS. When they come on you need to be ready to jump and with very generous terms to get noticed.

Best approach is target areas and work off-market approach.

South FL is a big market with lots of options. Have you thought about a specific sub market you want or is it going to be purely on numbers and what’s available currently for sale? There are many little things to look at as the journey begins and it is a real fun one!
