How to Invest in Real Estate is a completely different book than The Book on Rental Property Investing. How to Invest is a broad overview of all investing strategies that includes case studies and examples. Rental Property Investing focuses only on rental properties and is a comprehensive overview of investing in that particular field.

As for The Book on Tax Strategies, there are no current plans to revise the original book, but Amanda Han recently wrote a new bonus chapter (and a video!) regarding the 2018 tax changes. Bonus materials are included when purchased from our store at the link above.

Hey @Jarel Terry! Have you tried adding the mp3 files to your iTunes library, then syncing to your phone? That should add the audiobook files as an "album" in your music.

@Shawn McKee Could you give a bit more information on "won't play"? Are the files showing up but unplayable, or are they not showing at all? If they're not visible in your library, I would suggest double-checking that your phone is syncing to Apple Music. Sometimes it's set to only sync during wifi access or manually.
