iPhone Instructions

1. Download audiobook mp3 files to a desktop or laptop computer.

2. Make sure that iTunes is downloaded to both your computer and your mobile device. When you click the mp3 files on your computer, they should automatically open to iTunes. If not, right-click the mp3 files and select “Open With” > iTunes.

3. Connect your phone to your computer via USB cable or Wi-Fi.

4. iTunes should automatically prompt you to sync. If not, you can sync manually by selecting File > Devices > Sync.

Android Instructions

1. Download audiobook mp3 files to a desktop or laptop computer.

2. If your phone screen is locked, unlock your screen.

3. Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable.

4. If on Windows, locate mp3 files on your computer and drag them into your device's Music folder.

5. If on Mac, download and install Android File Transfer. Locate mp3 files on your computer and drag them into your device's Music folder in Android File Transfer.

While some of our books focus on the US market, most can be applied anywhere. I can say with confidence that How to Invest in Real Estate is very broad, as it is based mostly in real-life stories and anecdotes. The other two might be more oriented towards the US, but they contain a lot of concepts and knowledge that work anywhere.

Hey @Juan Alvarez! With what you're currently reading, it looks like you're interested in rental properties. If you're looking to invest out of state, I would recommend David Greene's Long-Distance Real Estate Investing. Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner's How to Invest in Real Estate gives a great overview of multiple different real estate investing strategies if you're looking to branch out from there. Many of our books over at the BiggerPockets Bookstore take a look at a wide range of  specific strategies, rental investing being one of many.

How to Invest in Real Estate is a completely different book than The Book on Rental Property Investing. How to Invest is a broad overview of all investing strategies that includes case studies and examples. Rental Property Investing focuses only on rental properties and is a comprehensive overview of investing in that particular field.

As for The Book on Tax Strategies, there are no current plans to revise the original book, but Amanda Han recently wrote a new bonus chapter (and a video!) regarding the 2018 tax changes. Bonus materials are included when purchased from our store at the link above.
