Hello,

Just finished reading "How to Invest in Real Estate" By Josh and Brandon.

Great read. 

A lot of tips, and scenarios that helped me gain more knowledge. While reading I made notes and tagged pages with post it notes. Now its a reference book I can go to in a pinch

Thank you to Josh and Brandon for putting together a book that I will read again and use as a tool to start investing in RE.
