@Caitlin Corcoran The journal is used to track your goals over the course of 90 days. There are weekly and daily pages that feature multiple sections that are specifically designed with goal-tracking in mind! It's basically an open-ended planner that you can use however you'd like; it doesn't have to be for a webinar or real estate, but it could definitely help with both of those.

• (A personal finance book, much like Rich Dad, Poor Dad but with a lot of actionable advice)
• How to Invest in Real Estate (Like David just said, it's a great overview for beginners.)
• Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down (All about creative financing, a great one to read if you're low on cash!)
• The Book on Rental Property Investing (A one-stop-shop for rental properties)
  

All are available as e-books and audiobooks, which are slightly cheaper than the physical book option. I'm also happy to answer any questions you have about our books.
