Hey @Iris Y Tang, this book was designed to be an advanced expansion on the first book. It covers more in-depth topics like 1031 exchanges, real estate professional status, Opportunity Zone investing, investing with retirement accounts, etc.

Hope this helps!

At this time, we still don't offer a digital version of the journal. Future editions may come with something similar, but the current edition is only available as the physical version.

If you haven't checked it out yet, I'd recommend giving the FIRE Starter a look—it's an onsite tool that might help you achieve something similar!

Hey @Claire Austil, there should be a page at the beginning of your journal instructing you how to access Mastermind Group signup. You can also find the link and instructions with your bonus content at biggerpockets.com/promotions.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

@Ryan Lafferty @Mindy Jensen

There won't be a digital version of the journal available at this time. This is a good recommendation for iPad users, though, and we will look into it!

@Larry Russell There will be a conference booth with all of the books and the new journal. Hope to see you there!

@Brett Tvenge Yes, the access code can be found inside the journal. It is also displayed with your bonus content (at biggerpockets.com/promotions) after you purchase the journal.

@Lawrence L. We will set up a four-pack of the journal soon, likely in the next couple of weeks! Stay tuned.

@Ola Dantis There unfortunately won't be an e-version of the journal. Because it's a fill-in-the-blank planner, we believe it has the best value as a physical book.

@James Teutschmann The journal is open-ended, so it works for everyone at all levels!

@Caitlin Corcoran The journal is used to track your goals over the course of 90 days. There are weekly and daily pages that feature multiple sections that are specifically designed with goal-tracking in mind! It's basically an open-ended planner that you can use however you'd like; it doesn't have to be for a webinar or real estate, but it could definitely help with both of those.

Hope this helps!
