What a big deal in dress ,the bank is not hiring you but giving you financing so i think the better you are are prepared to present your case matters not your dress. It matters what you have in your pocket not how big is your pocket.Good Luck.

I have 35 Sfr in Huntington IN with a population of 17000 people and there are some other landlords who own 50 to 70 rentals in the same town and another landlord wants to sell me his 16 sfr at a reasonable price and rented at about $640 on an average . Should I go ahead and buy those or that town in saturated and also I do not live in that town but I manage them myself. Please give me your views and advice.

There are very few friends left in the world like Arnie. Even your closest leave and go away when you are in that situation. My salute to Arnie and your dad who had a friend so dear and helpful.

I am from Indiana and I always do it myself for $90.00 and you can always go online and writer operators agreement and rest of the record book for about $50 . I have done many myself but my attorney charges $600 to do it.
