Hi everyone, since navigating this site in April of 2015, I've been so determined to invest in the housing market. I just recently got my Real Estate license. Yippie! Yes, I want to do that full time as well. I also want to start owning a second home (buy and hold) by the end of March. Hopefully all works out (little action is better than no action). Anyone else in Central Valley, CA that is a real estate agent and investor? I'd love to connect!
