I am looking at buying a B neighborhood for the first time ,20 years old house at a Sheriff sale next month , the house according to the counting record was assessed for $130900.00 and I could not find the judgement amount anywhere .Please help me with a step by step process and the I think the ARV will be $125000.00 and the rehab will be about $10000.00 not sure and what price should I go maximum and what I kind of profit will be able to make.

All suggestions and advice will be appreciated .Thanks in advance for the help.
