Arron look at the big picture because I would consider her a good tenant because she paid on time for ten months which I think is good and secondly $40 per day late fee per day is a little off standard in the rental world , just my opinion and I hope everything works good for you.

Jay this is a very nobel cause and I will apply and see i qualify.I am from Fort Wayne IN and have rentals in Muncie and Huntington IN.I want to start fixing and  flipping houses.I am new to BP but have been in business for a while .I also have the resources to fix it and I will donate $100 for 3 years .$50 to the charity of your choice and $ 50 to Forgotten Children,Bluffton IN that I already support.

I am new to bigger pockets but I own 35 Sfr in one town and thinking of flipping houses now and I do have some experience in renovations and I have budded several times on auction.com but could not buy any.Please help.

I charge an application fee of $35 for two applicants and $25 for one and have never been questioned about it.

Smart move by transunion I have using and costs me $15 per person through my buildout account and it checks credit, criminal and eviction history . Works pretty good for me.
