@Dan Golden.  Hi Dan.  Yes, used it and I have to say, it works very well.  You usually get so many leads, it's hard to keep up.  I was able to write my own script so not sure what Jim ^ was meaning.  Maybe they've changed thing sup a bit since Jim wrote.  But, yes, I like it and use it 2x a week now to grow my lease options business.

You are making deals with both.  You as the investor are the Lessor and the tenant-buyer is the Lessee.  The seller is simply the seller.

@Kyle Jefferson  Kyle, banks definitely do ARMS, 15 year fixed, etc. for buy and holds.   Feel free to message me if you are interested in a traditional bank loan.  I'm an investor but also work for a major mortgage banker nationwide.
