Best Background, Criminal Eviction check software for leases?

I have a lease property in California so I am searching for a system that allows a check to be ran without social security numbers. Any suggestions for regular background check, criminal, eviction, court software ? 

Does anyone know how to get a hold of the Caliber Home Loans REO department?

I am a realtor in Houston, Texas there are a lot of homeowners who are selling their flooded homes in neighborhoods where homes are priced at $200,000+ ARV.
