Yes please!! I would love some information. How often do you engage in note investing ?

How many of you have tried doing Note Investments. I have a thousand questions. Any tips for someone getting into notes for the first time ? Things to look out for ? 

I am looking for general contractors with experience in multi-unit building, can give a quick estimate on a fourplex 1B/1BA units 550 sq ft. Single story, ada compliant, stucco exterior, granite countertop, tile back splash. All tile floors. 

Does anyone have any recommendations for insurance in the state of Texas (but that works nationally)...I am looking for insurance brokers, or insurance agencies that have the ability to group all my commercial properties (rentals). Some of the properties are in California and some are in Texas.
