Does any one want to partner or coach me on assisted living facilities in the Houston area? does anyone want to share tips or advice on this subject? Anything helps!!

    Hi Karla,

    I have developed over a dozen ALF in Alabama and Texas. I currently am taking clients interested in building or acquiring assisted living. The regulation and management are the most important pieces, it is a bit more than just another multi-family property.
