Realtors really do add value when it comes to home evaluations. Much better than those systems like zillow, of course, no offense to zillow. We just have the most current info. Hands down.

Welcome to BP. Things to note: You will also need to contact a Realtor you can trust; as a start it's necessary to find out what the markets doing as far as what's selling and what's renting. You will need access to the MLS system. A definite game plan is needed. Good luck

Welcome to BP. If you can't sell, I someone who can manage it for you as a rental for a nominal 10% monthly. They'l do all the work. market the property, vet the tenant and get them in a lease. All you have to do is sit back and collect that cash.
