welcome to BiggerPockets. I am a licensed realtor with Traditions Realty. I am also a property manager with over 3 years experience. Perhaps I can lend some advice when it comes to that over a simple lunch, you know fillet de sol, lol. In regards to HUD and sec 8, the local office has classes held once a month that you can sign up for- Jaxha.org. I hope this was helpful.
