I am in the self storage space and wanted to reach out to everyone on BP in hopes to find some new leads and meet some new people. I am currently looking for self storage facilities all throughout the country but have a preference to purchase in Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Louisiana and Montana. I am in search for facilities that offer a Value add potential (room for expansion, rehab, better management). I generally look for facilities that are priced at less than $45/rentable sqft but am open to anything that will pencil well. In short I am looking to BRRRR a storage facility :). I look forward to speaking with someone about a future deal.

Hi Charles, I know this home is in the area of the volcano. Has it been affected and do you have more pictures.

Need siding (hardy or T1-11) on a 215ft x 40ft building, and 18+ man-doors with security locks installed. Other needs on site however the list above is the most important and largest. Looking for bid and someone to start ASAP.
