Looking for Self Storage and Self Storage Partners

Hello,

I am in the self storage space and wanted to reach out to everyone on BP in hopes to find some new leads and meet some new people. I am currently looking for self storage facilities all throughout the country but have a preference to purchase in Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Louisiana and Montana. I am in search for facilities that offer a Value add potential (room for expansion, rehab, better management). I generally look for facilities that are priced at less than $45/rentable sqft but am open to anything that will pencil well. In short I am looking to BRRRR a storage facility :). I look forward to speaking with someone about a future deal.

Hi Justin,

I too am into the value add storage thing and also shop nationally. That said, I kind of stink at jet lag so I will definitely keep you in mind if I come across any off market deal in your neck of the woods.
