There seems to be a bunch of great small homes locally that need rehab, only the biggest project is the rock foundation that needs to be removed and replaced.  Any thoughts?

I would like to move this post to the correct sub forum but I don't see where that's an option.  Posted from hand held device, the word DAIRIES was NOT visible.  Just the same, the lack of quality work is a concern, I am familiar with Dairies, but I was not posting about them.

Do you have equity in the property? HELOC or refinance could work.

Heads up.

Not all Idaho flippers have the same standards.

In the Magic Valley (Twin Falls, Jerome, Kimberly, Hansen, Eden, Gooding, Wendell, Buhl, Filer) investing in a flipped rehab desperately needs to come with a detailed inspection.

Please be careful and make sure you know what you're buying. The market is competitive, little else more disappointing than buying lipstick on a pig.

@Devin Lutz

Twin Falls is a hot location so its tough to find contractors who aren't too busy, those who aren't busy aren't who you'd hire if you knew better.

I have a longer list of goons than qualified contractors or subs.

Best recommendation, GET written BIDS, at least 3. Dont pay anyone before their work is done to your expectations.
