I'm crossing local banks off my list of viable loan sources, suddenly that changes where I want my LLC account(s).

I've been climbing the hill of investment preparedness for 4 years and I'm finally ready, I have the LLC but haven't opened its own account.

What do all you smarties do?

@Robert Freeborn jump in, investors. Be the guy/gal who does the better Brrrr, uses higher standards in rehabs, and maybe wire up for backup generator (renter/buyer can purchase, plug in, flip breaker, and turn on to run limited necessities). These are already being done in the north, so it's not reinventing the wheel. Good attic insulation, no icicles. Be the leader, the problem solver, the standard.

@Kory McCain I'm just glad it's me, and not my client. Absolutely will avoid these lenders in the future.

@Ola Dantis after I contacted them yesterday, today I was told appraisal came in today...3 WEEKS and 1 day after he appraised. Now underwriting. LITERALLY this is the 90 day mark.

@Raymond J. Rodrigues Youd think, but 2 of the banks are very local, one is big box. Very embarrassing to have a client be ignored for weeks.

@Elise Marquette because they are so busy. That's it. That's what they are saying.
