MFA sponsors focusing on Phoenix, native to Phoenix?

I find myself being very bullish towards MFA syndications here in Phoenix, this year. Local MFA returns are incredible at the moment and I'd like to get in on at least one cycle of them, if possible.

At the minimum, then, I'm looking for Phoenix MFA deals... but even more specifically, I'd really prefer that the sponsors be based in Phoenix or -- even better yet -- be from Phoenix! Not strictly necessary, but nice.

I'm currently invested with Rise48 and in contact with White Haven.

Who else is out there that I should know of?

@Kurt Granroth the two groups you mentioned were the two I was going to suggest first. While I haven't invested with them, I've known them and worked with them since their respective inceptions.

You might also want to check out Sunrise Multifamily who recently acquired one of Whitehaven's properties. There's Bakerson - Ruben Greth, that usually focus on much shorter holds, 12-24 months. And Zev Hendeles of 3rd Ave Investments. I'm sure there are many more, but those are the one's I personally know.
