I am looking forward to meeting everyone next week! Between this forum and Meetup.com, we now have more than 150 people coming to our Atlanta Meetup! What an amazing opportunity to meet, share, learn and grow!

Side note: For anyone looking to not only meet people locally but hear from those in the business all over the country and world. My good friend @Joe Fairless has put together an amazing conference in Denver CO, That myself and a huge list of power packed speakers will be speaking at. About a month away! Looking forward to meeting all the guests as well as the power packed speaker list.

Hey @Zachary Davidson I am also new(ish) to the ATL area moving here last summer from Ohio. 

I have put together a monthly meet up on the north edge of ATL where many local investors, experienced and newbies, and anyone in the RE field meet up on the last Tuesday of each month and share, experience, time and goals to help each other grow as a whole. Hey BP community. I am looking to expand my network of Multifamily real estate brokerages/brokers in the Cincinnati Ohio markets. We are specifically sourcing 60+ unit buildings C/B class all of the greater Cincy area.

 I have most of the big players. I am looking more for the smaller firms that may have slid under our radar. Anyone willing to share their list or even just one broker they like I would greatly appreciate it, and I am sure the other readers would benefit greatly as well.

@Damir Kamber Great questions. The room can sit 100+ people. We are also absorbing another already existing meetup so we will likely have a good amount of people but because schedules vary, change and people can't make them all so I think we will be fine on attendance if we pass up 100 we will have people standing, but I don't expect that. 

@Bioel Pimentel Aquino It would be good for you to get around others who are investing In RE figure out a way to add value to their operation and learn from them along the way.
