It will be held the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. 

Last month we had over 90 attendees.

Congrats @Brian Adams That is very exciting! When you're in ATL to walk the property if you want a second set of eyes with you I'd be happy to walk it and share my knowledge in construction and MF. As a MF owner/operator and past owner of a construction company I often see things in a different light than the inspectors do. 

If you were able to iron our the "wrinkles on the last 1000+ units I am sure this will go just fine.

@Kasey Gourley You should come to the monthly Meetup in Northern Atlanta. I recently moved to ATL from out of state and wanted to meet other local investors and this was a great way to do so. Last month we had over 90 people attend. They are always the last Tuesday of each month. The next one is on the 28th Check out the meetup page here. BP Meetup. People Come from not only Cobb county but also, Paulding, Cherokee, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwennett, Dekalb, And more. It is a great way to learn from others, share and grow without the sales pitchy environment of the typical REIAs.

Our first ever monthly Atlanta meetup was a big success. with 90+ attendees, we had a great evening of learning from each other with the common interest of real estate investing. It was my pleasure to host the group. I look forward to next months meeting as well as watching those in the group grow and succeed in their goals!

We will continue to have the meeting the last Tuesday of each month. From 6:30-8:30 PM in the same location. That makes the next event February 28th 2017. I look forward to seeing you all there
