How to start Whoelsaling

Hey everyone, I wanted to know where would be a great place to get information on how to start a wholesale deal. I've already been gaining knowledge on the steps to take and have looked at several webinar videos from the best in the business but don't know how to really get started as far as where to find sellers/buyers as well as the documents needed once there is a deal present. Alot of online mentors talk a lot about the process but don't actually give out information to the things needed in order to take action.
