Hi All, The first step would be setting up some time with a local investor friendly real estate attorney. They will be able to give legal advice and the do’s and don’t do’s of your specific market. They can also advice on what contract to use and mail pieces to send (If you’ll be doing direct mail marketing). If your new to wholesaling and haven’t done your first deal that’s the first step I would recommend taking to make sure your doing everything within the limits of the law.
