Hi @Ernie Purnell,

I would strongly recommend to speak with an Real estate investor friendly Attorney and have him review your contracts and assignment agreements.

Have a blessed day.

Hi @Henry Matthews,

I currently use Upwork to contract VA's and its worked out pretty good for me. I would recommend giving 3 VA's the same task and see which one performs best and determine which will be the best fit.

Have a blessed day.

Hi @Andrew De La Mora,

I would recommend sitting down with a real estate friendly attorney that will be able to give you Legal Advice on what contracts to use and not to use.

Have a blessed day.

Hi @Josh Wagner,

If you are starting out I would recommend on taking massive imperfect action. By the time you get an answer to the question above and you analyze what is the best way to go about it you could've made some calls to motivated sellers or meet with some local buyers in your market. These actions are the ones that will ultimately matter not wether your establishing an LLC or and S-Corp. I encourage you to go out there and take massive imperfect actions. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.

Have a blessed day.

Hi @Michael Rajnherc,

Excellent job on just taking action. For me thats the biggest key is getting out of that analyzes paralyzes mode and just taking massive imperfect actions.

Have a blessed day.

Hi @Anthony Nieves,

I would recommend using a local Title company that has experience with assignments or double closings.

Have a blessed day.
