@Account Closed Just curious, did you ever sell your stuff on Main St. in LRA? 

@Caleb Longino I saw that place on FB. You only spent $82,300 building it? Did you do a good portion of work yourself? 

As someone who has done multiple deals in Bell county the last 36 months and lives here... I can tell you without a shadow of doubt that the vast majority of people I have dealt with either live or work in the Austin market and commute to Bell County. There is absolutely no denying that Austin growth is affecting this market. I am not saying we will be a suburb for Austin, but if you think the growth in Austin has not affected us you don't know the area.

@NiChaun Tanzie-Brooks Congrats! What type of return are you seeing on this? I am assuming this is in a park with lot rent? 

@Royce Eller congrats on your first deal! What was your original estimate of repair costs? 

@Mike Khalil Awesome job! Were you able to pull out 100% of your funds? Or was money left in the deal? Were these in DFW?
