Need help explaing a doubke ckosing to my title companies

So far ive called 2 in my area and they were both puzzled, they said they didn't have enough knowledge about it

I explained i was going to have 2 contracts (buyer and seller) and wanted my buyer to fund my sellers transaction

How can i clearly explain this process in proper terms ??

You're better off spending time seeking out a title company that has done double closings that trying to explain it to a title company that hasn't.
