While holding property what have been your most challenging aspects of managing your property? And What has been the one identifier of finding the right property management company for you?

M

@Charles Renn I just had an investor shop there and buy three properties. A lot of property was not desirable, but what I did learn was for the most part the closer to actual forest park you can be, the better. At the same time, the closer you get, the less multis available to buy. Overall springfield seemed to be different, street to street.

I originally thought Indian Orchard would be a desirable area because of its good reputation, but I really wasn’t impressed with the neighborhood. It Seemed to be project heavy.

Surprisingly,  we did find two very nice properties in Chicopee. Seemed to appear that the higher in elevation the street the nicer and cleaner the property and the tenants seemed to take care of the property. .

Hello.

Does BP have any investors who actively invest in the Springfield, MA market. Ive just recently been making offers over there and now am finding it to be a high competitive market. Are their better areas to invest in within the neighborhood? and tenants more troublesome, any municipal difficulties. Would love to hear anything about the location.

To my out-of-state investors, what do you believe are the advantages and disadvantages to out of state investing. Or even long distance investing?
