Hello BP,

I am curious to know more about using crowdfunding to fund real estate deals. I am wondering if anyone in the New England Area, Especially New Hampshire or Massachusetts Area has done it or may even know of a local source?

If your first house, using FHA 203k for a buy and hold is probably the safest way to get into the game.
You’ll have the rents to help you either mortgage, worse case if a tenants acts up the other two unit should be able to carry the mortgage.
also 203k equity u build is your best opportunity at pulling your down payment back out after a possible refinance.
Tim,

we’re actually holding a meeting tomorrow night on the 203k loan and it’s benefits and disadvantages.

Come to the pints and properties meeting tomorrow night

1/20 thurs 6:30-8:30at the XO bistro on elm at in Manchester. Will we see you there ?

@Jake Guerette what up jake, I've been playing around in Manchester lately. I can tell you some of the places I like, rule of thumb for me is the more north you can get the better and further away from elm st the better. However, there are some little nice nooks epecially down south of Manchester. Rimmon Heights west North is one of my favorites. If you can grab something out east go for it. It is a more rural peaceful side of town, there isn't much multis but if you can get one, its prime. That is my opinion anyways. Best advice though, do some driving around.
