So far I own 2 - 4 families in North Adams. I’m not gonna say that it doesn’t come with it challenges but if you take the time to stabilize the property and take the time to vet out your tenants properly and offer safe and clean housing you can be super successful. These two building by farrrrrrr, produce most of my revenue and at half the cost it would take on the eastern part of the state. I’m very happy with it and look forward to more purchases out there. 

What programs are people using for mass texting? Is there a way to have it done from you actual phone number? Is there a way to text all my contacts without entering them individually?

@Caleb Christopher now what if they start taking the payment in installments? Because that's what sub to is anyways ? am I correct? 

Does a “subject to” purchase go on a head and closed on record? If so does a seller pay taxes on that purchase? Or does the buyer simply start making the payments on the sellers behalf and he just has the deed deeded over to him? How does taxation work for subject to?
