Post: First time home buyer HELP

Hey @Juliana Costa

You will have to put a downpayment down unless using loans like a VA loan, physician's loan, etc. Using first time home buyers loan requires you to put down 5% whereas an FHA loan requires you to put down 3.5%.

Otherwise, house hacking is one of the best ways for anyone to get started in real estate if it makes sense where they are locally located.

If you have any more questions don't hesitate to reach out!

Hey @Chris Smith

In this case, I would recommend going with a DSCR loan so you can get that house sooner than later. But, you need to make sure that if you're putting 25% down that the numbers make sense.

Otherwise, I'm not a tax professional but would recommend talking to one as you should be able to write off your rental income after 2 years of making income on your investment property.

Hope this helps and if you ever need anything don't hesitate to reach out!

Hey @Devin P.

I haven't built any myself but have seen many others do this before. When going into something like this you need to make sure that your area's zoning allows for you to build the number of structures that you are looking to build on them and make sure that they meet all of the restrictive requirements that they have so you can get approved for the building permits. On top of that, I would check with your township/county office and check the legality of STRs in your area and what you will need to do to operate legally.

I hope this helps and if you ever need anything don't hesitate to reach out!

Post: How to get your foot in the door? (Syndication)

Hey @Vincent E peters

The main thing I have noticed that is the biggest part about doing a syndication deal is being able to raise the capital for any type of deal that approaches you very quickly. This of course comes hand in hand with networking but also networking with the right type of people that trust you and are willing to invest with you.

I hope this helps and if you ever need any help with anything or would like to partner in the future don't hesitate to reach out!
