Looking For Mentor In Multi- Family Investing

Kyle Tucker
Posted

Just moved back to the suburbs of Philadelphia from Denver where I bought and sold my first property out there. Now that I am back in the area, I want to aggressively start acquiring properties, I have a good amount of capital, a positive outlook and a hard working mentality. Ideally would want to start in Phoenixville, Royersford, Boyertown, & conshohocken area, but am open to starting my portfolio anywhere it makes sense.

Actively looking on MLS right now and trying some off market strategies. I work full time so getting approved for a loan is not the issue. Looking forward to connecting, have a great day everybody!
