@Remington Lyman

Recently I have been attending various local zoning and comission meeting. I have learned about a range of issues from the politics of building in old Worthington to zoning issues of a proposed 180 unit complex. I am planning on trying to join some of the committees to help build the network and learn. I am also interested in the issue of affordable housing, so I have been looking into the various organizations that support the cause. I am not sure if that's exactly what you are after but maybe it will spark an idea.

@Harman N.

I am an investor here in Columbus. I am always happy to share my experience and knowledge of the local market. I would reccomend trying to find some neighborhoods you are interested in before you come to help focus your energy. Any of the realtors/property managers posting or mentioned above will be happy to show you around. Feel free to reach out with any questions or if you need referrals.

@Michael Masterson

Sounds like it's time for them to move on. What does your lease say about giving notice to month to month tenants? You should be able to give 30 or 60 day notice for no particular reason. You could bring up some of the other issues if you like, however I would probably leave the support animal out if the discussion since you don't have to.

@Robert English

The COIN meeting is, in my opinion, the best local meetup. Feel free to reach out if you have questions, need referrals or just want to talk REI.
