I am looking for knowledgeable, full time real estate agents that are serious about assisting investors, with growing their business to network with and as a referral partner. I would prefer agents with pro or plus account. Here are the areas that I am specifically looking for, but would be glad to develop a referral partnership with agents anywhere that we do business, as we are national and located in most states:

Buffalo NY

Syracuse NY

Memphis

Chicago

NYC areas.

Thank you very much!

Jerry Padilla I would suggest that you interview several Realtors and ask them the following questions, to ascertain if they are truly Investor Friendly, or if they are throwing you a sales pitch.

1. How many investors do you currently work with and how many investors have you worked with, in the past?

2. How many transactions have you closed, with investors?

3. Do you currently own any Investment Properties? If so, what type do you own?

4. Are you a member of any REIAs?

I have virtually met several Realtors that present themselves as "Investor Friendly," but they talk the talk and never produce results. Many people that call themselves Realtors are either in school or holding a full time job and moonlighting, as Realtors. It is easier, for a Realtor, to focus, on the Retail Market and make an easy commission, than to put sweet equity and time, to find deals, for Investors. I have encountered such Realtors, on BiggerPockets. My intention is not to project negativity. My intent is to provide facts. I hope your success finding an "Investor Friendly Realtor" has a higher probability than what I am finding, in Miami.
