@Tj Hines I couldn't agree more. I'm an audible and business podcast addict! Taking more action has been my most recent goal. Appreciate your input.

Getting ahead of yourself is easy in any new business especially one with so many avenues and opportunities. As someone that likes to take action, I find myself potentially moving in every direction - achieving very little. Without using my day job as an excuse, I'd like to know what your focus and/or recommendation is for consistency, educational value and success? Specifically related in quality lead generation and obviously conversion.

I'm full aware that whatever backs up into your goals is what you should be aiming at. I know that my market also plays a hand in what is selling/cash-flowing etc. However, if I'm currently not in a financial position to immediately build wealth through rental income and sustainable commercial real estate - where do I start? Wholesaling seems obvious to me coming from a startup building, sales and marketing background but am I complicating things by thinking I need to start there? Should I just find a way in to my end-goal now or work my way up?

@Will Barnard they came in at the same price and there was really only 1 in the area. Question: when you analyze and it doesn't fit your current strategy do you do a reanalysis as a rental etc. To see what does or do you move on?
