Hi Samir, I just closed on my first fsbo here in Orlando and I wrote up the contract myself (I downloaded farbar) took it to my title company which was fairly close to the seller. Main things I made sure of that protected me as the buyer on the contract were to add 'property inspection right to cancel' and 'finance contingency.' The title company took care of everything else.
