Hi Guys!

My name is Naty! I'm new to BP ( I love the podcast)  and I wanted to introduce myself. I am from West Palm Beach, Fl and I recently relocated to Miami about 6 months ago.

I am a real estate investment manager. I've been around real estate all of my life as it is the family business. I've personally been focusing on it for the past 4 years. I've mostly bought and held in the past but I am now focusing on buying, fixing, and selling. 

I am the founder for Deals with Dignity,LLC. We help families in financial crisis sell their home with DIGNITY, using a profit-sharing solution that creates a win-win situation for everybody.

At the end of every transaction, we share a portion of the profit gained with the struggling family we originally acquired the home from. In cases where we acquire the property from the bank, we contribute a portion of the profit to charity.

I am on this site mainly for knowledge and to connect with awesome people who share my love for real estate. I focus on getting my own deals directly from the seller. As an investment manager I take care of everything from A-Z, all the investor provides are the funds.
