@Nancy Bachety No I do not, some of my clients have beach property out there that's how I know. I stay in Orlando for most of my rentals. 

@Nancy Bachety Jenson Beach area is starting to grow with vacation rentals, particularly for the snow bird season. Prices aren't as high as other areas like Palm Beach, FT Lauderdale, Miami.

Craig, I would recommend you find someone that is on the ground (if you are out of the state) a real estate agent who knows the area once you've focused on a certain area. I know right now the best place would probably be downtown Orlando for mulitfamily or just outside the area like College Park and SODO.
