Landlords Can Require COVID Vaccines

"Whether your landlord can require proof of a COVID-19 vaccine depends on your state of residence. In most states, landlords do have the right to demand proof of vaccination before signing or renewing a lease. But that doesn't necessarily mean landlords can demand such proof mid-lease or evict tenants on the basis of not being vaccinated"

After placing properties on Fizber this started happening.

LISTING Agents seem to be using their account to schedule and confirm 'showings' without owners' permission,

showing up at the door literally with 'proof' they have an appointment to preview for their 'client' who is out of town, etc.

It's very one-sided website/app - there's no visible way for owners to manage their property apparently only agents.. so ended up having to request them opt me out from being notified of my 'appointments' agents continue to use to show up at the door!

So far not one of them arrived with actual client they are showing; have all been hungry listing agents so far.

well aren't you allowed to live in just one room/apt and rent out the rest of the house in some jurisdictions? or the inverse in others (rent out the biggest room/apt and live in the rest)
