We would like to share our latest deal in Worcester with all you guys!

We purchased this property through a short sale and have completed the rehab and the property is ready for a new buyer. However we will be implementing a different exit strategy this time around, and will sell the house through a lease option. This technique will generate over $100k on this small single family house.
