Hi @Lynn Y.

Nice to see other CT investors here. If you would like some local names of attorneys and agents to bounce your question off of, feel free to PM me.

Good luck.

(NOTE: I have no financial interest in any recommendations, just professionals that we use and like.)

Welcome @Julia Maher ! The staging of that house looks great. We've done a couple of deals in your backyard (Trumbull) - and I look forward to connecting and seeing you around the site.

@Jason Evans what are your RE goals. One question that comes to my mind is how active are you looking to be?

If you want to start building a portfolio and using OPM (Other People's Money) then you might want to spread out your cash over several deals. This way you have skin in the game, since most investor's don't want you to put up no capital.

However, if you're looking to keep the portfolio small and minimize headaches, one good deal might be best.

@Ross Ellington you also might want to reach out to a local property manager and/or Realtor. They many times have a good pulse on what the market is commanding, and may be able to give you some advice on what you can do to have your rental stand out to rent it quicker or for more money - especially if it's not yet rent-ready.
