Hey guys, my name is Cory Gardner and I am new to the real estate investing and I am glad that I have found this bigger pockets community. I am a wholesale investor and I have already learned so many things from the podcast and the forums and ready to put it all into practice. I plan on wholesaling and then eventually flip houses and sell them or rent them out. Looking forward to interacting with like minded individuals in the CT area and ready to get this business growing.
