What: For those that are new, this is a networking event to meet real estate investors and businesses surrounding the real estate world. There are no upsells, sponsors or anything of the like. The idea is to network, drink and eat (not necessarily in that order). We will go around the room introducing ourselves - but please keep it quick or you will be buying the next round :)

Cost: While there is no charge, you MUST support our venue by buying food or drinks (non-alcoholic is okay). We do not make money from this event, but if we do not support our establishment(s) we will be served a Notice to Quit and homeless next month.

We've got some changes to announce! This month's meeting is now on October 24th. We had to change from our regular "last Wednesday of the month" because it fell on Halloween this year. So we will meet on Wednesday the 24th instead. All future meet-ups will continue to be on the last Wednesday of the month - don't worry!NEW LOCATION!!! We're moving back to our original location. Grace O'Malley's recently opened at 1494 Post Road in Fairfield - the old Anna Liffey's location. And the new owners are excited to have us! Checkout their menu here. I made a new website to try to centralize all of these lists. Checkout www.fairfieldcountyreim.com - its fairly simple at the moment, just info about our meetups, but it includes links to our meet-up page, our linked in group, and a link to signup for email notifications. I'm still working on a component to share contact info from there, but for now, we can use the linked in group and/or the meet-up roster. So that's it - hopefully we'll see you all October 24th, at 7pm, at Grace O'Malley's 1494 Post Road, Fairfield. Happy Investing!

Real Estate Investment meet-up is on for Wednesday, June 27th at 7pm!

We have been averaging about 50+ people each month and quite a diverse group in the real estate industry. Many real estate investors (flippers, buy-and-hold operators, etc.) and other service professionals (lenders, brokers/agents, wholesalers, insurance agents, attorneys, etc.) so it will give you the chance to network with lots of people in all different specialties and a variety of experience from brand new to well seasoned professionals.

Date: Wednesday, June 27th @ 7pm! (FYI: We have a non-compete with the holidays for the last Wed. in Nov. & Dec. and therefore don't meet then.:))

Location: Crave, 52 Sanford St, Fairfield, Connecticut 06824

Time: 7PM mingle. At 7:45pm we go around room to introduce everyone so you can let everyone know what you do and who you would like to meet at the event (brokers, lenders, wholesalers, investors, attorneys, insurance agents, and more.)

No Cost: It's FREE! Okay it's almost free - please make sure to buy (lots of) drinks and food from the bar.

Sorry to hear. I always use an attorney and therefore a marshal. Here is the statute in Connecticut: https://www.cga.ct.gov/current/pub/chap_832.htm#se...

Our eviction attorney only practices eviction law, so aside from the time I think has saved us more money than we paid him. Also, just make sure to follow the law carefully because one misstep and you might need to start from the beginning.
