Hi BP, I am currently located in Colorado Springs. I am active military and do have a crazy schedule. During my free time I would love to assist someone in their remodeling or handyman work. I do not have any experience other than the odd job. I am wanting to learn all the ins and outs of home rebuilding and repair. I’ll help with anything from plumbing, flooring, insulation, drywall, etc. I just want to learn from scratch. I am more ham physically capable of carrying heavy things, working hard, and putting some time and effort into your hard work. reduce the purchase price to what makes the deal work for you, then make the offer. It doesn't cost to make an offer and it doesn't cost for them to turn you down. Maybe research negotiating techniques to help you with getting to the price that works for you.

Hi BP,
This is a question for all those people that quit their job and are now living from what their REI.
you can do an estimate of how many properties it will take to quit your job. I have done this by just using the "$100/unit cash flow- how many would it take?" equation. This gives me an estimate of lets say 50 units which will give me 5K per month.
Now this varies because not all units bring in cashflow of 100$..... it could be more or less.
so how many units did it take for you to reach you "X" goal... or until you decided to quit your job.

Im interested to see what results people have had till they "felt free" or what ever you want to call it.
