@Joey Hampton Yeah i wasn't sure if you guys used attorneys there or not. However a title company will still be involved and that is where all the funds are disbursed from.

@Matthew Boyle  I would stay real active on here and network like crazy. Find some others that are investing in your area and maybe show them or start posting some of your completed work and numbers.

@Joey Hampton I would go about it carefully. Probably setting up a meeting with the title company is the best bet so you can fully describe to them what you are looking to do and accomplish.

@Jerome Lanier We use Indiana Title Network they just started doing IL as well a few months ago. I can put you in touch if you would like or if you have any other questions. Hope that helps some, they are very investor friendly as well.

@Matthew Sullivan As a flipper myself we typically look for a 30% return after all commissions and closing costs.
