Neither. Invest in the Midwest lower entry points, better cap rates.. Probably a little biased because that is where we are lol.

@Conor Lowe I'm sure quite a few places meet the criteria that you are looking for. I know in my area we consistently find deals with all in investments of 80K-120K and can net a 30% return for the most part.

@Joey Hampton Starting with the title company isn't  a bad place, most of them can recommend an attorney that they like and have worked with in the past. I'm sure there are some investors on here that can recommend investor friendly title companies that are in your area as well.
